NT Round Up 2025 – Expression of Interest
NT operators are invited to register their interest in attending the NT Round Up event in Alice Springs. Tourism NT is inviting 20 trade professionals to participate in the event and a famil to the Red Centre. NT operators will have the opportunity to engage in a 2.5-hour speed dating session with the invited agents on 28 March, from 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm, at the Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters Convention Centre.

Tourism Distribution Grant Program 2024/25
Eligible Territory tourism businesses can apply for up to $5,000 (excluding GST) funding to support initiatives including an online booking system, translation services and exploring Tourism NT’s international emerging markets of China, Japan and Singapore. Applications close 30 April 2025.

Marine Tourism operations - AMSA Exemption 13 will soon expire
Exemption 13 – Marine Safety (Wildlife or other sightseeing) exemption will expire on 30 June 2025 and will not be reissued.
Before the exemption expires, you will need to hold a certificate of competency, such as a Coxswain Grade 3, or Coxswain Grade 2 - depending on your operations. To ensure the continuity of your operations, please take action at least 90 days before your exemption expires.

Tour Guide Training Support 2024/25 is closing soon!
Tourism NT is providing funding to assist with building a capable tour guide workforce in the Northern Territory (NT).
NT-based tour operators who conduct tours in the NT can apply for up to $5,000 (excluding GST) to train new or upskill existing tour guides. Applications close 28 February 2025.
